With all that is going on in the world today it is very important that we know that the Lord won't leave us nor forsake us!

There has never been a time in history like the time we are living in now. The other day I woke up and was thinking that all I heard and witnessed was a dream. Then I realized that it was not a dream.

The world has been impacted by COVID-19. So many countries have experienced loss of life, hospitals packed, governments taking extreme measures to lessen the impact of the virus, economic concerns and spiritual warfare.

So, what are some of my concerns? A Granddaughter in Italy attending Bible College, a Missionary returning  to the States, family members staying healthy, Chaplains going into the jails, people not having the ability to attend their church service, medical professionals staying healthy has they assist the sick, missionaries serving in other countries, and our own Pastors and teachers who are still pointing us to Jesus and people having jobs.

It is a time to reflect on what God has done for us. How simple is the verse, John 3:16?. So many people know it but now is the time to take it to heart. It reads “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. His only begotten Son, Jesus has given us His Word. We have the ability to read it each day. There should be no surprise as to what goes on within the world today because He has told us there would be times like we are experiencing. The question is, are we ready? Do we encourage each other? I would ask each of you who read this to reach out to someone, a missionary, family member, Pastor, church staff, friend, and/or a person that the Lord is asking you to encourage. Our hope is the same today as it was a month ago. Our hope is in Jesus.

And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you, do not fear nor be dismayedNKJV
